Our state-of-the-art scanners can capture images in A3, A2, A1, A0, wide images, and custom sizes. All scanned images can utilise our OCR technology to enable you to digitally search and read the contents of your documents when they are converted into a PDF file. If your document is larger than A0, we’ll use our advanced technology scanners to digitise it in sections. These individual portions will then be reassembled via our industry-leading software, delivering you a singular, unified image. We can scan large-format documents at 200, 300, 400, and 600 dpi. The higher the DPI, the higher the quality of the image stored. We can output your document in a wide variety of formats, including PDF, TIFF, JPEG, PNG, and more.

Collection from Your Premises

Our team will pick up the large format document from your location and safely transport in specialist plastic crates.

Document Preparation

Our teams will prepare the drawings to ensure that we get the best possible results. Repairs are made where necessary and plastic wallets are used for fragile drawings to prevent further damage.

Scanning and Digitisation

We have state-of-the-art Large Format scanners capable of coping with drawings on paper or acetates that can scan up to A0 in size in black & white, grey-scale or colour, so no matter the quality or material our scanning team can digitise it.

Secure Digital Delivery

Once digitised, we securely deliver the images in your preferred medium: Password protected memory stick or from a secure FTP site or cloud. We can host your images on our on-premise cloud solution if required.
