Document Collection
We collect your documents using our fleet of vehicles, which are all equipped with tracking, and driven by our employed, vetted drivers. All boxes are barcoded on collection for full traceability at all times.
Preparation
Our scanning team carefully prepares your documents to ensure optimal scanning accuracy. They unfold bent corners, remove staples and creases, etc.
Document Scanning
Documents are scanned using our state-of-the-art Kodak equipment to give the highest quality images
Quality Control
Quality checks are carried out throughout the scanning process to ensure the highest possible standards.
Document Indexing
All documents are indexed to your requirements. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) is available if required to allow your documents to be searchable.
Delivery
After scanning, documents can be either returned to you, stored at our state-of-the-art, purpose-built storage facilities or securely destroyed. Scanned images can be posted, hosted or uploaded.
