Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software intelligently extracts the text from each image. recognise and read each document’s content. This allows you and your team to conduct text searches for quick and convenient file retrieval.
After your documents have been scanned, indexed and catalogued we offer three options:
- we securely destroy them
- we keep them safely stored at our facility
- we return them to you.

Collection from Your Premises
Our team will pick up the boxes or documents within your location and transport them in specialist plastic crates for safe transportation.
Document Preparation
At our secure, purpose-built facility, we meticulously prepare your documents for scanning. This includes unfolding all materials, removing staples, and applying patch codes or barcodes for larger quantities.
Scanning and Digitisation
A dedicated job manager supervises the project, ensuring each document is scanned to the specified resolution and properly labelled in its final format.
Secure Digital Delivery
Once digitised, we securely deliver the images in your preferred medium: Password protected memory stick or from a secure FTP site or cloud. We can host your images on our on-premise cloud solution if required.
